6. Drilling Engineer (DE)
7. Instrument Engineer (IE)
8. QA/ QC Inspector (QA/ QC) (authorized certification is a must for inspector)
9. Construction Superintendent (CS)
10. Construction Supervisor (CSpv)
11. Quantity Surveyor (QS)
12. Commisioning Specialist (CommS) (must be in facility commisioning and start-up)
13. HES Compliance/ HES Field Representatives (HES)
14. Project Control Engineer (PCE)/ Lead Scheduler (LS)/ Planner Service (PS)
15. Scheduler Services (SS)

General Requirement :
1. Minimum 5 years working experience in Oil, Gas & Petrochemical industry.
2. For Position (EE), (ME) & (CE) Has thorough knowledge of oil field engineering and construction methods including its practices and procedures. Shall have capability to make plan and schedules, coordinate the overall design and engineering, activities, formulate, and recommend preliminary engineering design, engineering policies, and technical work in accordance with cost objectives.
3. For Position (CSS) & (CS), have the ability to identify problems or potential problems early and give good technical advice to the constructors thus assisting them in efficient project execution.
4. For Position (QS), Must be familiar with pricing methodology for lump sum fixed price Engineering/ Procurement/ Construction (EPC) contracts, and detailed knowledge of the unit price
5. For Position (HSE), Familiar with safely terms and statistics and reporting practices, knowledgeable to GOI HES regulations. Has strong coordination and facilitation skill.
6. For Position (PCE), (LS) & (PS) shall have capability to coordinate the overall project controls activities, formula and recommend project schedule and coast estimate in accordance with projects objectives, and recovery plans, operate schedule and costing applications.
