Manage & monitor DMTM campaign (affinity & non affinity business), grow & maximize business opportunities from existing partners, explore various means of strategic alliances to develop Alternate Distribution Channel (ADC) and responsible for the administration activities of ADC
AFFINITY BUSINESS MANAGER
Requirement :
* S1 graduate in any discipline
* Minimum 5 years in Product Development, Business Development or Account Management in Multinational Life Insurance companies in the area of DMTM or in Branch Sales
* Own extensive networks with major Banks, Credit Card Centers and other institutions in the country
* Sales oriented and self motivated to succeed
PROGRAMMER
Responsibilities :
* Investigate and resolves users problem
* System design, developing, testing and maintaining applications in accordance with specifications
* Develops and maintains system documentation
The qualifications :
* Minimum S1 Degree in computer science with 3 years experience as Software Developer
* Familiar with VB / VB Net, Visual Foxpro. Knowledge in Java and Lotus Notes DB is an advantage
* Experience in SQL or Oracle database
* Having good analytical skill and strong interpersonal skill
* Self motivated and creative problem solver
* Able to work under pressure, mobile and great interpersonal skill
* Good command of spoken and written English
